Plant Type: Hostas

This large hosta is prized for holding its blue color long into the season, even when planted in the sun 2/3 of the day.  Its big, cupped leaves grow slowly, displaying a rippled, and corrugated texture.  Slowly, they unfold when grown.  Compared to certain other large blue hostas, this hosta has a good growth rate. The white flowers start to show in midsummer and are there into the late summer.
