    Budded on a standard, this small tree has finely cut foliage for a fern-like appearance. Cascades of pea shaped flowers early to mid-July. Extremely cold hardy. Tolerates poor soils and is an excellent plant for rock gardens or patio areas. Strongly weeping. An outstanding accent plant for limited areas, it bears bright yellow flowers in spring.
