‘Sagae’ is a large and thick hosta with nearly triangular leaves that are frosted blue-green. Leaves have wavy, yellow margins which turn creamy-white with more sun. Grey-green streaks are painted in the area between the center and the margin. The early spring foliage color resembles that of ‘June’. This hosta forms an impressive semi-upright mound of beautiful, slug-resistant foliage.
