Plant Type: Hostas

Hosta ‘Queen of the Seas’ made everyone at the 1997 American Hosta Society convention drool with envy as it took Best in Show honors. One of Mildred Seaver’s most sought-after gems has made its debut into commercial production.

The 4′ wide clumps of heavily piecrusted, pointed blue-green leaves form an architectural clump. In midsummer, the clumps are topped with 3′ spikes of lavender flowers.
