Powdery blue leaves are thick, large and heavily corrugated.  Forms an impressive mound of sturdy foliage.  Leaves are an intense blue shade, and are extremely slug resistant, turning green during the summer. Lavender flowers begin in late June and bloom deep into July on 36″ scapes.
