This hosta is absolutely beautiful. You will surely love the leaves and color on this one! The ‘Permafrost’ hosta will grow up to be fourteen inches high and thirty-six inches wide. The leaves are seven inches long and five inches wide. They are blue-green-centered with a golden-yellow margin. The leaf color changes to dark green in the center with a creamy white margin by midsummer. The very pale lavender flowers will bloom from late summer into early fall on twenty-four to thirty-inch scapes. The ‘Permafrost’ hosta will grow at a medium growth rate.
