Plant Type: Hostas

This hosta is a great sport of Hideko Gowen’s ‘Golden Friendship’. It has rounded, heavily textured leaves of deep green, surrounded by wide, bright yellow margins. The foliage emerges with muted colors, but the glossy leaves quickly brighten to a showy color contrast. It is a vigorous grower with excellent leaf substance, forming a striking semi upright clump approximately 18″ tall and 36″ across. Lavender flowers in mid-summer.
