‘Leading Lady’, a sport of a ‘William Lachman’ seedling. The plant is moderately dense with a semi-upright habit. A moderate grower where the leaves are considered ovate with a cordate base. They are dark green with a .75″ wide, slightly rippled gold margin that changes to creamy white. They exhibit heavy substance, and are slightly shiny above and underneath and moderately wavy. The 39″ scape is a glaucous green. Light lavender, tubular-shaped blooms appear mid-season.
