These Hollyhocks are a towering beauty and lovely scented too! Very Hardy! 4-inch double or semi-double blooms in 4 shades! Fun and easy to grow for a brilliant summer show. This fully double mix will bloom year after year. A colorful display of deep crimson, light pink, rose, rosy red, yellow and white. Pompom-like blooms. Growing & Maintenance Tips:

Hollyhocks provide excellent architectural height, contrast and a certain amount of old world charm to cottage gardens and border backgrounds. Also effective, when grown in a cluster, against walls or fences. May need to be staked if planted in a windy site. Rich, moist, well-drained soil is essential. Watch for Japanese Beetles, they are very attracted to them. Feel free to grow hollyhocks under Black Walnut trees; they are tolerant of the toxic juglone that is emitted through the trees' roots.
