    Plants grow 16 inches tall and have large, open – fringed flowers that are deeply divided and have deeply cut, lacy petals. The flowers are bi-colored with rose centers and white edges. Provides a bizarre show of flowers. Looks wind torn from the beginning. Very fragrant as well. A good plant for the "colorful" gardener.
