Hosta Deane’s Dream is a cross between Hosta ‘Blue Arrow’ & Hosta ‘Sea Fire’. It has pointed blue leaves that are a unique aqua or green turquoise in color on this upright clump. Features bright purple petioles that extend all the way up to the leaf. Lavender flowers. Medium mound size at maturity.

Bob Solberg of Green Hill Farm in North Carolina registered this cultivar in 2000. It is the result of a cross between H. ‘Blue Arrow’ × H. ‘Sea Fire’. The plant grows into a medium size hosta about 14 inches in height with a spread of 36 inches. Leaf blades are narrowly ovate, are slightly wavy, have red petioles and have a little corrugation. From mid-July into August, it bears very pale lavender flowers.
