Plant Type: Deciduous Trees, Flowering Trees

One of the prettiest red-leafed crabapples. ‘Royal Raindrops’ has a better summer color and appearance than most red-leaf crabapples, presenting a unique new crab. Deeply lobed leaves and upright form with good branching and density are inherited from its ‘Golden Raindrops’ parent. Abundant magenta-pink blossoms stand out handsomely against reddish-purple, cutleaf foliage. ‘Royal Raindrops’ displays good to excellent resistance to the common diseases.
