Extremely dense, rounded compact plant with abundant white flower clusters in April. A selected compact strain of V. opulus. White flowers in April and May followed by showy, scarlet fruit which hangs on until spring. Glosssy, dark green foliage. Valued for its fruit, this plant is excellent in mass plantings and wildlife areas. More spreading than V. trilobum compactum.
