    Selected for its excellent cold hardiness, surviving -32 °F with no dieback. A fine-textured evergreen shrub that tolerates pruning and shearing well. Often used as a small hedge and for topiary. Prefers well-drained soil and some protection from winter winds.

    A fine textured evergreen shrub that tolerates pruning and shearing well. One of our favorites to be used as a border or hedge. Boxwood only requires well-drained soil and prefers shading and wind protection in winter if grown on an exposed site.
