Lace-like leaves have white center and dark green margins that jet frequently into the clear white. The leaf petioles and scapes have a clear reddish color. The name comes from the fall color of the cherry colored see pods.

Plants form a sturdy mound of foliage, topped with lily-like blooms. This medium-size selection has pointy white leaves, with a distinctive streaky green margin. Pale lavender flowers appear in late summer.
