Plant Type: Hostas

Another great hosta from Doug Beilstein’s program. ‘Bud Lite’ forms an upright clump about 18” tall and 28” wide of shiny, pointed green leaves. The vase-like habit is perfect for showing off the long deep red petioles. This hosta throws up straight, red scapes in mid-late summer with dazzling flush of color in the young buds. The flower opens purple with white markings and does set seed pods.
