    With its evergreen and jagged leaves, Artemisia 'Silver Queen' is an indispensable plant for a border or ground cover. It's classified as an herb and will perform well in most perennial settings. Leaves are hairy like lambs'-wool, and it produces tiny, gray-yellow flowers in summer. Often overshadowed by its cousin 'Silver King,' it's hard to tell the difference between the two cultivars. 'Silver Queen' grows fast and tall and spreads wide.
