K & K Gardens is an innovative retail garden nursery nestled on the edge of the prairie in Northeast Iowa.
Located in the rural community of Hawkeye, Iowa, K & K Gardens blooms each spring with nearly one acre of lush fragrant perennial gardens brilliantly feed off the rich “Hawkeye” soil.
This small gardening hobby, started by Keith & Kelli Kovarik in 1996, has blossomed into a bountiful display of wandering perennial and water gardens, uniquely designed to showcase thousands of perennials, annuals, ornamental trees and shrubs, and handcrafted garden art, while surrounded by a tranquil waterfall, and trickling stream.
Keith & Kelli invite you to take a stroll through their meandering gardens. Relax by the pond’s edge and be entranced by the splashing waterfall, inquisitive Koi or bountiful tree-frogs.
